While our wall decals are not intended for permanent use, they should be able to last for years, depending on the surface and the environment in which they are placed.

While applying the decals, please take extra care to press the sticker properly against the wall, either by hand or using a card. This will ensure that the sticker adheres appropriately. Otherwise, it will peel off over time.

We also suggest that you warm up the decal with something like a hair dryer before sticking it. If part of the wall sticker starts to come off, you can use washable glue (glue for the wall, wallpaper paste, etc.) to reattach it.

Please contact us if the wall stickers still peel off after you try.

While our wall decals are not designed to be used multiple times, their adhesive allows for some flexibility during installation. You can adjust their position by gently peeling them off the wall and readjusting them multiple times.

Our wall decals work best on smooth, flat surfaces.

However, they can still be successfully installed on slightly textured walls if they are not excessively porous or uneven. But please pay special attention to the installation instructions (find in the product tab under add to cart).

We have customers using the My Castle decal successfully on a variety of surfaces.

They stick best to painted surfaces, so if you are trying to stick them on texture walls, concrete, or raw wood, you will have more success if the surface has been painted.

Yes, the decals can be easily removed from the wall. They are also a suitable choice for use in a rented space, as they can be easily removed without damaging the wall or leaving behind any residue.

Our production time is 3-5 days, after that packages are dispatched within 24 - 72 hours. As we are shipping worldwide and use the print-to-order method (every wallpaper has different dimensions), please allow the total shipping time between 7 - 16 days. 

Once the order has been dispatched you will be sent a Tracking code in your email which you can track your order.
